Carmen Gopane, Public Participation & Communications Manager in the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature (NCPL), details the role of legislative oversight in addressing service delivery challenges. The conversation looks at knowledge co-creation initiatives delivered in partnership with the West Minister Foundation for Democracy which assisted members of the legislature to review public participation practices and their relationships with civil society.
