This document is meant for Political Actors to aid them in advocating for formulation of policies that relate to access to renewable clean energy and sustainable clean water. This document is referred to as DWF Toolkit or a Participants handbook/guide. This guide can form a useful tool for Political Actors. As part of the documents that constitute the curriculum on energy and water for political parties and CSOs of the Southern Africa Political Parties and Dialogues (SAPP&D) Programme, this participants handbook is accompanied by a set of Modules that has Facilitators notes to guide the Trainers (DWF Expert Facilitators) on how to portray the content. The content in this participants handbook is mainly made up of the Key points that are listed in the set of modules. Additionally, the Participants Handbook outlines how the Political Actors can influence existing policies, how they can formulate new policies and how they can setup natural resources/water and energy committees in their political parties.
