Whistleblowing

Democracy Works Foundation’s (DWF) Whistleblowing Committee evaluates cases related to suspicion of financial irregularities and of harassment by DWF’s staff, partners and service providers.

If you know of or suspect irregularities or illegal activity by DWF’s partners, recipients, third parties, or within our organisation, we ask you to report it to our Whistleblowing Committee. You can report allegations such as bribery, theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, nepotism, discrimination, sexual abuse, exploitation and sexual harassment (SEAH) or other forms of harassment.

All reports are assessed on a case-by-case basis. DWF’s Whistleblowing Committee will investigate all reports with credible and sufficient content.

Notifications may be sent by email to whistleblowing@democracyworksfoundation.org.

The DWF Whistleblowing Committee treats all reports with confidentiality. If you still wish to remain anonymous, you can email from an anonymous email server such as Proton or CounterMail.
